Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

You can return a product only in the following cases:

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a return.

Order Changes: If you wish to exchange your item (for a different size, color, or product), you can do so by paying only the delivery fee.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Our delivery team will arrange a pickup or provide further instructions.

Cash refunds are not available.

3. Important Notes

If you refuse to accept your order upon delivery without a valid reason, returns and refunds may not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.

We do not accept returns for change of mind after delivery.
